市场主管 Marketing Supervisor

Responsibility:
1.Working closely with Marketing and other related department to ensure the IMC campaign execute in high efficiency.
2.Control and make reasonable use of budget on EDM, SMS and other channel marketing. Increase the ROI of communication.
3.Setup, monitor and analyze the campaign in CRM system.
4. Business networks development and relationship maintain.
5.Weekly marketing research and analysis reports.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing/sales or related majors preferred
2.At least 3 years working experiences on B2C or FMCG industry.
3.Ability to manage tasks efficiency and multi-task process.
4.Sensitive to data and familiar with Excel and other Microsoft office tools.
5.Proven expertise in direct marketing, and be effective and creative in both campaign organization and target customer communication via EDM, SMS, online and etc.
6.Able to take initiatives and make things done independently.
7.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8.Fluent in both oral and written English.
岗位职责:

2.策划并执行公司邮件营销、短信营销等各营销渠道的沟通方案,提升投资回报率;
3.建立、管理及分析基于客户关系管理系统的系列营销活动;
4.商业渠道的市场开拓及关系维护工作;
5.每周市场及行业调研与分析。
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历,以市场营销/销售专业为佳;
2.3年以上,在电子商务行业或快消品行业工作经验为佳;
3.能够高效管理工作,具有良好的多任务处理能力;
4.具有良好的数字敏感性,并熟练掌握 EXCEL 等办公工具;
5.在邮件营销、短信营销、线上营销等具有丰富的实操经验,高效且有创意的策划并执行相关营销活动;
6.具有主观能动性并拥有独当一面的能力;
7.优秀的沟通及演讲能力;
8. 优秀的中英双语的听说读写能力。
