Our translators always strive for the best translation quality. However, you don't always need a "perfect" translation in reality. We offer three translation service levels, so you can choose the one that's right for you.
Gold
Unrivaled quality for your critical contents. Our process for Gold service is Alternating TEP. TEP means translators will perform translating(T), editing(E) and proofreading(P) for each job. Alternating TEP means any two continuous tasks will be taken by two different translators. Alternating TEP ensures the highest level of translation quality.
Silver
Best value: Translation and editing by two or more professional translators. Good enough for the most purpose. You save up to 25%. The translating and editing tasks are always performed by different translators, without charging any additional fee.
Bronze
Just enough: A single round of translation by one or more professional translators. Ideal for informal communication. Without the editing and proofreading process, the translation speed is boosted and the expenses are reduced significantly. You save up to 50%.
