PayPal or Moneybookers (Skrill)

Hi.

May be someone knows where the fees are lower, at PayPal or Skrill? When you are paid via PayPal it charges for transaction about 3.4%+0.33 Euro. But sometimes the percentage is different. I have tried to find out more information about it, but every time got different sum.

Does anybody know what are the fees at Skrill?

With skrill - no incoming commissions when receiving money, commission for withdrawal to a card or a bank account - 1,80 euro (regardless of the amount). Actually it seems to be the best way to get paid

old moneybookers have been automatically converted to skrill. I have noticed any differences so far except design of the web-site
