For both clients and translators, creating new account is free and there are no membership fee.

To create a new account:

1. Click Create new account or Register.
2. Fill out the new account form and click "Create new account" button.
3. Check the e-mail. Copy the password for logging in, or use the login link included with the message.
4. After login for the first time, you should set a new password.
