Cannot access file to proofread

I keep getting the same error message that only natives can edit 'Ready to commit' segments and keep being blocked to proofread the project. Any suggestions?

You can't access the file and set it "Ready to Commit" because your language pair is Spanish (Latin America)/English and the job was from English to Spanish(Spain). When the job is English to Spanish(Latin America) I can't set it "ready to commit" because my language pair is English/Spanish(Spain).
