confused about jobs

I click 'translation' and get a list of jobs... but the first I looked at had a deadline passed with it being 100% completed.
Why list any that are already done? Is there a reason for that?
Sorry if this is a stupid question.

I am seeking for a good job in USA(ny). I am really thankful yo you for giving me such a nice platform during my browsing. Actually i want to migrate USA for job purposes and i want to search before my departure. But right now i am busy in my ccna and just after it i will be researching thoroughly. Once again thanks.

The dev team has been working on it and in future all the closed jobs will be invisible to translators.
