Where can I write a comment?

Where can I write a comment about a translation segment that I am not allowed to edit.

Open a job and click Translation;
Click View for the segment that you want to add a comment;
Click Add new comment then input your comment.

Actually, you can share your comment on Translia wherever you see "Add new comment".
