New feature: View all translation comments for a job

Now you can have a centralized view on all comments on the segments for a job:

  1. Open the job.
  2. Click Translation tab.
  3. Click Comments tab.

We noticed there are a couple of "hidden" features that the most members haven't got aware of. We will take great effort in improving the usability while enhancing the functionality.
