Each time when a client posts a job, we will ask him/her to evaluate the performance of the involved translators. For each translator the client will indicate if s/he is satisfied with the translation quality, timeliness, and communication etc.

Client may give, change or cancel the ratings within one year since the posting of the jobs.

The client's ratings will largely determine your Translator Rank and thus how much you earn.
