Dear Translators from Japan or Korea,

We posted some Japanese and Korean jobs but it seems you hesitate to take them. I understand the Translia process sounds incredible or unacceptable in East Asia culture environment, where people may need an explicit "go" notice for starting work and an "OK" for wrapping the job.

While Translia model and practices, which are very open and self-organized, conflict with your culture greatly, I'd like to encourage you to try it out bravely.
* Once a pubic job is open, you are already approved to take it. You shall start translating it immediately, without waiting for further confirmation or instructions from the clients.
* You shall set the segment (translation) status by your own judgment. There will be no reviewer to approve your translation. In other words, you are the translator and you are the reviewer.

All contributions you make, either translating or editing, will be recognized, respected, and paid. We hope to get those jobs done and bring continuous translation jobs to you in the future. We also hope to build friendly and productive communities for Japanese and Korean translators. Now we need your kind support--
