iClew incompatibility

This is to inform that I faced some conflicts when installing iCew. It seems that the incompatibility is generated with Windows or Mozilla Firefox, but I am not sure. Will highly appreciate any comments and help.

Hi, iClew is designed for Windows XP or Vista, FireFox 3.x or IE 7/8. Could you indicate the editions of your Windows and browsers so that we can investigate it? Thank you.
