Any member can create new groups on Translia. Once the group is created, the author becomes the group manager. The group managers have the power to manage their groups, members, and posts.

The power means the responsibility. As a group manager you should take up the responsibility in making the group healthy, active, and productive.

• Ensure the group contents and activities meet the Terms of Use and other requirements.
• Give some other members Admin role if you have no time to moderate the group adequately.
